1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Cancellation by the User: If you decide to cancel your Visa service with us, you must notify us in writing at Contactus@visaxpress.in as soon as possible. The cancellation request will be considered effective from the date of receipt of your written request.

1.2. Cancellation Charges: Depending on the stage of the service and the services availed, cancellation charges may apply. These charges are subject to the nature of the service and the resources already utilized on your behalf. Details of applicable cancellation charges will be provided upon request.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be considered based on the terms of the cancellation and the specific service package availed. Not all services may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to the terms of the service package for refund eligibility.

2.2. Refund Processing: Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

2.3. Timing of Refund: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the approval of the cancellation request. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

2.4. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as administrative fees or charges for services already rendered, may be non-refundable. These will be clearly stated in your service agreement.

2.5. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be applicable based on the extent of services provided before cancellation.

3.1. Service Disruption: In the rare event that we are unable to deliver the services as agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, a full or partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
